learned in nursing school that nurses aren't patient advocates anymore... i'm totally into health and wellness in all it's facets. my house is completely organic, gluten free... and not just foods, but body products, cleaning products and even finding remodeling products (like paint). avoid prescribtion meds as much as possible, will try natural methods first. even have my pup on a holistic diet and her vet tries natural remedies before invasive. one can only control their own living environments... can't control what a restaurant or friend's house provides.
