I ride my bike every day and that is super fun.
Yoga 1-3 times a week.
Just started CrossFit - it is awesome.
Have done lots of therapeutic, healing work on myself using many different methods, and am still working on it, and see a therapist - but I feel quite happy and healthy for the most part with just a few issues.
I don't drink or do drugs anymore except for once in a blue moon. Hate cigarettes.
Love being outside - laying in the grass (grounding!) or doing something more active like hiking, rockclimbing, playing in the ocean, or camping. Wanna try surfing (I live in a famous surf town after all)!
Love expressing myself through dance, art projects, making music, conversation, writing, etc.
The health of our global community and planet is important to me too - sustainable, simple living - yay!
Love and compassion and community are key. Other health habits don't work that great without those. It's what truly matters.
Living happy and healthy is my passion and I've grown soooo much by focusing on it for several years. I want more friends and lovers who are as excited about health as I am.
By the way, I'm a raw vegan nutrition coach part-time, and am in massage therapy school. I wanna add personal cheffing and food-gardening educator eventually too. And I volunteer sometimes for cool causes/groups.
Not pretending I'm perfect. These are just lifestyle choices I make and am proud of. Putting this out there so I can attract more like-minded, health-conscious, good-hearted people
