Somedays are better than others. I have fibromyalgia chronic condition, I have it under control right now, but in the colder weather it acts up some but I can deal with it at this stage. When I was still living in NW Pa, I was using a cane and went to a walker for awhile. I was 61 yr old. Much to young for that, I waa a LPN had to give up nursing I could no longer push my medication cart down a hall. I went on disability. When I had to leave work, it caused depression I loved my work and hated leaving my job. I didn't even what to go out of the house. Went to a phsyc. doc and had to take antidepressants, they did help me deal with my disease. The difficult part also is that many people don't think of this as a disease and think your just a phony, playing the game just to collect a check. In reality I would much rather be collecting a pay check, a lot more money and less pain. I also had panic attacks made it difficult to even do grocery shopping, many times I had to leave entire carts of groceries and go home. I used to fall all the time broke my wrist, tore my face up a few times. Now I live in Fl. and love it here, every morning I walk 2 miles without falling. Fibro Fog only happens once in awhile now. I can clean my house myself. I do yard work. I live alone and take care of it all my self. Life is great now, hope your doing well also.
