RAW is the WAY (But dont forget we need plenty of protien).My life changed when I began to try food as medicine and discovered the expensive medicines I couldn't afford were just slowly killing me anyway. A little probiotics from 'forever green'cured my acid reflux. Forever. incidentally, medicine caused it. I could have taken previced or tagemet for the rest of my life believing I had a 'disorder'. Western medicine is awesome in a shark attack or train wreck. but has a lot to answer for in other areas.
