Health is one of the most important aspects of humanity. Mental health, emotional health, spiritual health, and physical health aren't mutually exclusive. The aspects of health are a lot like the human body: in order for your arm to grow bigger, you can't just exercise the bicep only.
The tricep, the forearm, etc, are equally important to grow the arm as a whole. So to with health in all its aspects. That said, every aspect of someone attuning to their health in each facet of it are the
individuals I intentionally strive to surround myself with. These tend to be the healthiest interfaces in my experience.
