Slow to rise happy to keep going

Slow to rise happy to keep going Hm, well I have some arthritis in both legs and ankles from both being heavy and well too many mosh pit crashes and careless activties as a kid.
It limits how much standing, walking and horseback riding I can do but I do not let it stop me from enjoying life. I work out, I am trying to get back into yoga after dropping enough weight to make a difference in how I feel physically. I also am trying to wean off the crap modern life has dumped on us calling it "food". I grow my own veggies and some fruits; what can't be grown can be purchased at the farmer's markets (four in less than a 50 mile radius). I am switching to using more natural/alternative medicines instead of reaching for the chemical bottles. While my HBP won't allow me to take something different until I am way slimmer, for now I must depend on chemical mess. I do enjoy lifting weights, cardio and again hope to use some Yoga in the future to strengthen my body even more. Being healthy isn't just a state of mind its a complete lifestyle change both mental and spiritual.
