Ehlers-Danlos syndrome I suffer from genetic connective tissue disorder since birth.I have migraine headaches resulting from(VM)venous malformation in frontal lobe of brain,does
NOT affect my intelligence but does give pain & severe insomnia.My spine isnt all the way fused(spina bifida occulta)but i have all my bladder/bowel functions & i can walk okay(not long distances though)
I also have poly nueopathy(all nerves missing outter mylin coating)which is very painful for which i take/need daily medication for.I run low grade fevers regularly,so i do like to stay as cool as possible(WILL overheat otherwise)I am severe insomniac so it's hard to get "out there" to meet someone! I lack in girlfriends due to that,and due to i can't seem to find a friend or boyfriend that knows what it's like to be physical disabled,but can still walk,and have normal brain intelligence! I am too trustworthy when dealing with people that can out think me,so that's made me very cautious of other's INTENT towards me,and i will be on guard until i know them well.I L.D.as well.people can get frustrated that i may nee things explained to me in a different way,or maybe they need to repeat until i "get It".I have poly cystic ovaries and insulin issues due to that.I suffer alot,but also smile & laugh alot! hope to find empathaetic partners in this life!
