hi Sress is a major issue in anyones life and dealing with bullying at the moment as still find hard to stick up for myself, but doing the psychotherapy course has not just gained me an insight for a new career, but has also helped me, and am on a cognitive behaviour course at the moment. Was mentally controlled for a very long time and takes strength to leave, thinking you cannot do it but you can, so whoever is out ther I can help in that way with my story
