Get fit ! My weight . Now, that I am older, I am watching what I eat and size my food. I make portions with my meals now. Starting to excerise and reading the labels on the boxes and cans and etc. keeing up with people talking about staying healthy. Many health doctors are giving their advices on this and that, but, always consult your physicians. Getting into shape let me know I want to be alive not rocking in a chair. Maintain good eating habits and had regular check-ups with my doctor is a fresh start. At first it was hard but my child made me see myself differently if I was not eating well or taking better care of myself. Right now, I am feeling good and watching my sugar intake and eating fruits and veggies.
