I love lettuce
I love lettuce I am no rabbit but i do try and eat healthily most of the time. Do have the odd "naughty" day from time to time and do like my glass of wine in the evenings about 3 times per week. I like to cook fresh rather than processed and if poss then wheat and gluten free but not always possible, so try and do the 80/20 rule on this one. I just love good food and excercise in balance in my life. I also believe in working from the outside in and hence my job as a freelance colonic hydrotherapist, which is usually somewhat of a conversation stopper!!
