Calming Chatter
Keep Life on Track There is no worse feeling then being sick and until recently I haven't had to try too hard to stay healthy. I have always eaten and kept a mostly healthy lifestyle naturally. I like keeping busy and active pay attentions to my mental health needs and so forth. But stress is my biggest health obstacle and lately I believe it has been at the root of my recent unexplained symptoms. I would like to share and learn of other issues people have faced that will hopefully give me some much needed insight.
