I haven’t faced major health issues in my life, but like everyone, I’ve dealt with challenges such as stress, fatigue, and the ups and downs that come with daily responsibilities. These experiences have taught me empathy, patience, and the importance of mental and physical balance. They also helped me better understand and support people who face health challenges every day. I value healthy habits, open conversations, and emotional support, and I believe understanding each other’s struggles—big or small—helps create stronger, more meaningful connections.
