Chronic back pain
Chronic back pain I am a mature woman dealing with chronic back pain and it gets very difficult to do daily tasks. I find that the pain causes mental, emotional and physical strain, however, I try to do whatever the doctor suggest holistically instead of taking all kinds of narcotics or over the counter drugs. Those does not work for me anyway, so I go to the chiropracter and is getting ready to take an mri to see what is causing this lower back pain.
