Take what life hands you and make a blessing out of it! I'm disabled and have a chronic illnesses along with some distinct problems the doctors are still working on to diagnose properly. I've had spinal surgery and am in more pain now than was before, I am a few extra pounds but I hardly eat because it makes me sick, I fall asleep at the drop of a hat unless its at night then I can't sleep at all, they are running tests to see if I actually have Crohn's Disease or Colitis Disease and then for the women, menopause has struck me and I'm either hot or freezing, nice or a bytch. I also spend a lot of time taking iron pills because I do become anemic easily. The main thing I deal with is deep muscle cramps and spasms in my neck, which causes my arms to hurt and tingle but my legs turn red and swell along with charlie horsing most of the night causing me to be up attempting to walk them out. I often wonder if there is a doctor out there than knows enough to figure out what my body is doing but the scariest thing is the pulminary hypertension, which is where my heart has to beat twice sometimes 3 times as hard to get oxygen to my lungs. It's not easy dealing with all of this especially when you don't know what "All this" is exactly.
