health nut had some health chalenges amost 20 years ago.. back out L5 rotated 30 degrees. weigth balooned up to 250 lbs Marrage fell apart. found my way back researching health and life extension to make a long stroy short leared alot quickly wrote 313 paages of a book on health and life entesion researching what I needed for myself. I stopped writing when I realized everything is energy and all healing is therefore energy healing.. just which types of energies do you use?? I find the best one is your own mind.. I uave explored and learned many energy healing modalities. Now teaching yoga for health.
