health is important health is important to me because I have rheumatoid arthritis In my knees and back. So it's hard to stay fit. I also have a few other health issues. That doctors don't seem to take seriously, they say they aren't bad enough yet to do anything about it. It's hard because if I do to much I'm in pain for days, to hard of a work out, to far of a walk, a bike ride. Even dad to day things like doing dishes and mowing the lawn hurts like crazy. But I think if I can just stay health as much as I can and push through it it will be okay, I control my life, my pain doesn't.
